If you are a shareholder you’ll receive an invitation to the AGM and a proxy form to return if you can’t come. Please return this either by email or post to arrive by 5pm on Tuesday, 2 April 2024. We’ll also send you the minutes of our 2023 AGM and our accounts for the 2023-24 financial year (if available).

As well as all registered shareholders, we are inviting all our neighbours who have an interest in Power4KcC to come to our AGM. Power4KcC was created for and is managed in the best interests of our community, and over the last 10 years has generated a lot of green electricity for our Village Hall and Social Club. All are welcome to participate in our AGM although only shareholders will be entitled to vote. We look forward to seeing you all at our AGM.

We won the Greenest County award!

Less than a year after starting up, Power4KcC won the Creating the Greenest County award in the Renewable Energy category. In a ceremony at Snape Maltings on 15 April 2015, Directors Keith Dickerson and Tim Roberts were presented with the award by Chris Packham, presenter of the BBC’s Springwatch programme. This is excellent news which recognises all the hard work we put in over more than 3 years. Thanks to all those who bought shares and helped make this happen.
